Just sharing on backdating phone calls
I received 2 calls today both wanting to know if I backdate. The 2nd call was almost funny (if it wasn't illegal) "Hi Jane, quick question , are you guys able to backdate?" me: " No, I don't backdate." Him: "Okay" and he hangs up, I suppose he is looking for someone that will.
Have to go now, trying to catch FedEx.

Yep, should have said that. I have had many calls today and all when I was out ,unfortunately I don't recall who was who on the caller Id if not I would email the SOS.
What is interesting is that I specifically state on my profiles (different sites) " It is illegal to backdate, please don't ask. I won't do it." they must be thinking that I am using reverse psychology or something.

I got a good one today...
She calls and says she has a closing for next Wednesday. We agree on the fee and then she whispers, "it needs to be backdated." Oh ok, whispering makes this so much less illegal. So I said, I'm sorry, I can't do that. And I asked her why it needed backdated since the closing is not scheduled until next week. The date is to be the 31st and I guess she didn't want to try to find someone to close it then. So instead she plans ahead to backdate? She then asked me to think about it. I said ok, the answer is still no. How ridiculous.
