Last 2 days were bad for me

We do a fair amount of signings per day, yesterday was just a bad day all around. Company calls me yesterday "never heard of them" we agree on everything that was the last I heard from them. Noon today they call and say the docs are ready.. Whoops thats a problem, since I did not get a confirm the slots have been booked.. There reply we forgot to send one and hung up on me.

The other was a push off, and even with the push off the docs were late and I told them prior I had other appointments..Ugh.. ( I build 1 hour as fluf just in case ) the push off ate the fluff time and the doc delay would of made everything else over an hour late for my regular clients.

Hope next week gets better..
