Lenders First Choice Number Needed

I had a signing scheduled with the Texas office this morning and need the after hours number for them. I've left a message with the person who assigned to signing to me, but I assume they are off today for the holiday.

Problem is I came up to my house on the Russian River in Sonoma Co. CA on Friday to check on things because the river was coming up. It came up faster than expected and my wife and I are stuck in the house for the third day now with river on all four sides of us. Needless to say I am not going to make the signing. We had hoped the water would be down enough this morning to wade out to where my vehicle is.

All my contact info and client info is on my desk top back in San Francisco. I guess short of finding another contact number for LFC I've done all I can. First time I've not made a signing and that bothers me.

Keeping my feet dry............

Clint

Clint try these numbers...I once had to get in touch after hours and I started with the Florida Office and got the Texas number. Following are both emergency numbers:

EMERGENCY NUMBER IN FLORIDA: KEITH JONES 321-279-1629
EMERGENCY NUMBER IN TEXAS: ARMANDA: 402-540-5664 (BOTH VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING DOCS DOWNLOADED AFTER CLOSING HOURS)

Finally reached borrowers

I was finally able to get the phone number of the borrowers. They are going to talk to the loan officer and go from there. They were very understanding.

Meanwhile the water is starting to drop and we are now hopeful we can get out late this afternoon. Good thing, my wife was worried about me when she noticed I had resorted to eating fresh fruit. Dial up is marginal, but better than nothing I guess.

Thanks to all of you for your help!
