Hey isn't that legal. I heard that if you do it you will be put at the top of the Companies list. Doesn't matter that you will lose your comission over it or that there are fines to pay. Why not sounds like a lose lose situation to me.
I had a company try that on me today I told them no way am i backdating. And as far as the 30 dollars forget it. I don't leave my bed for that amount. LOL

Simple Solution...
Tell the TC/SS that you will backdate... and have them send a confirm with a date of signing, and the date to be placed on the docs.
When you get the confirmation, simply call the TC/SS back, and inform them you are sending the confirm over to the Secretary of State, for illegal business practices, and violation of state law.
After sending the confirm to the SOS, make a letter explaning what the TC/SS asked you to do and forward that on, with the confirm, to the Lender that the TC/SS was working for. Explain to them in your letter that you wanted them to be aware of illegal business practices being done by a company in their employ, and that you had forwarded their information to the SOS.
Then offer your services to the Lender, as a respected member of the community, give them your selling points on how great you are, how available you are, and affordable blah blah...
Then reap the benefits.

I've been down that road myself with them......several months ago. I'd love to catch them and report them if I could. In addition I found their phone manner to be extremely pompous and belittling to me when they found out I wouldnt backdate. I cant recalll the attorneys name who called me after the scheduler, but he thought he could bully me into doing this. I felt like I was at a time share presentation. He was a real jerk!!!!

[CompanyName] In response to your request for backdating Notaries wanted---even though it is illegal, here is a company that is well known for doing just this and tells their notaries to do it, irregardless of legalities, Call [SecondCompanyName], [Person1] and [Person2] from [ThirdCompanyName], as his profile states, they won't turn down anything, they are listed in Notary Rotary, Find a Notary---I'm sure they'll gladly do it for you!!!! They have no morals, and working the system to suit their needs is what it is all about to them!
