NASCO
I have not done anything for NASCO since about mid July. OK business moves around what can you do. I got a call form them last week and we were disconnected so I called the person back and left a message and he never got back to me. So I contact the person again today and he wants me to obtain a signature from a bo on a 255 correction affidavit for a mortgage from God knows when. I try to get details out of him like when was it done, what was the error, was it my error. And he just gets defensive and says well never mind I will just get someone else to do it. Please do.

Sounds fishy to me. Let it go. I haven't heard from them either in about 4 months. Oh well!

I used to do NASCO at a previous firm i worked at, and did a lot. I moved on and singed up with them again, and havnt heard from them for any work yet. Must be thier internal rating of notaries.

I don't think so. I worked for them for 2 years with about 2 minor errors. I think it is fees.

I agree. I corrected more of their errors than they ever mine.

this company has reduced their fees, and yes..the documents were always filled with mistakes, borrowers names and wrong address were mistakes I got over and over, when I got the new info regarding new fees they were not going to pay if notary made any errors and I wondered what they were going to do about their own errors. probably nothing.
