Haven't done any for them, but according to past reviews, they are a good company to work for. Use the search button and type in their name and you'll see what I mean.

They are part of Title America which is a huge title co in Colorado. Having said that, there are pros and cons to their position. The con, things seem to fall through the cracks because they are so big. I had a 1st and a 2nd which cancelled withthin the 1st 10 minutes. I charged a print and trip fee for both. I got a check for the 1st but had to keep calling about the 2nd. Not because they would not pay but because the vendor sheet could not be found. After some searching they found it and paid promptly. The pro, because they are so big, you don't need to worry about not getting paid at all

Nice company & nice people. They did not want to meet my fee at first, but then they agreed to it.

Last signing for them was on 12/22/2005. Awaiting payment at this time.

I just did a close for them on 12/23, and got the check in the mail yesterday. They are very nice to work with, had a very positive experience with them.

Thanks guys for your responses I appreciate it. Now I am waiting docs that were suppose to be here for a 5:00 o'clock signing. ARGHHHHH LOL. Must be that time of year for late docs. Have had that happen a couple of times lately.
