NNA

Mike,

Lord help us all on that one! I just received the same message and checked the details out on their website for kicks. I dont know about you, but I have noticed an influx of "new" unqualified, unexperienced, and unprofessional signing agents in NJ w/in the last year or two. Most which take those way low fees. What's your thoughts?

On another note, what is everyone's thoughts on ENJOA? Its seems like a great utility, but not practical since most of the closings we do are at the person's residence. Maybe I don't have my "think outside of the box" brain on right now-it's been a long day in both real estate and notary signings.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Just another way for the NNA to pad their pockets. Do a search on Enjoa and you should find some first hand opinions. Also, search electronic Notarizations.

I was kinda thinking the same thing, but wasn't sure what if anything I was missing.

Thanks for the opinion Becca Smiley

Okay, I'm just going to admit it and come clean

Gosh, maybe 7 years ago or so when the NNA came out with ENJOA, I thought I'd be really really cool and get it and then boast that I was, "One of the First"... . Using those boxes as a door stop now all these years later. What a dork I was to fall for it. Guess I'll wait until it's really really really happening here in California and definately won't be one of the first this time. I also see that companies are selling the Electronic Seals.. what for???

question re: these new notaries you know...

Just curious as to how you know this? In other words, have you met these new notaries or are you making an assumption?
