New ACK form in CA

Just to clarify, when we are in a sign-off, we need to use this new form for all acknowledgements. So no matter what is on the loan papers, we line it out and use this form? I don't see a place on the form to write in what form we are acknowledging or how many pages it may be. It would be nice just to have one acknowledge form and list all the documents we are acknowledging instead of doing it for each form. Could you please let me know if I have this right. Are the banks going to take the wording off their forms or change them to make them uniform with what is required?

Boy, aren't you the rudest people on the face of this earth!

I was referring to another thread that I just read, Msg #85193, and it talked about an acknowledgement that must be used to keep all wording the same because of all the variations that are used.

You people are of no help, I'm sure I can get my answers elsewhere.

Alicia ...

Feel free to email me directly if you have any questions. There are many other message boards for signing agents and notaries public, Alicia, but you cannot be thin-skinned, especially here. If you just "read" for awhile, it will become crystal clear in a very short amount of time who is who, who supports who and definately those that are legends in their own minds. Just look at the source and press on -- it's how the chat boards work and you should try not to take anything personally. There is a lot of very valuable information shared here and on other boards . If you are interested in a zero-tolerance (no lurkers and no bashers) message board, join the Signing Registry, First-Class site.

What do you expect from an anonymous poster? The rude and inconsiderate ones typically hide behind that facade. So, do what many members do ... ignore them and move on.
