Has anybody else done work for this company? Ricardo Riojas (CEO) & Britney Chaisson (CFO) are the main contacts. Did a signing for them on 12/26/05. Next day I got a call from Ricardo that the docs had to be re-done and he needed tohave them signed by 12/28/05 so that the Title Company could get them back by 12/29/05. I did so and than sent them another invoice for the second signing. I got paid for the first signing, but am having to fight to get paid for the second signing.Has anybody else had this problem?

Yes, they are the only SS I been burn. I will work for them again if they sent me something
very local. But if something goes wrong you have to chase that payment for weeks and weeks.

As soon as we receive payment from the client, we send out the checks. If you were not paid for some reason, you would be better off letting us know to resolve the situation rather than slander us on the forum. We would prefer the notaries inform us of a fee being overlooked than complaining about it. We are very busy and it is not unheard of that we may have overlooked it. We aplogize for any inconvienence on a late fee but we do not refuse to pay a notary if they are due the money. Email us or give us a call and we will resolve the issue.
