Notary Tunnels--OT

Just saw on the news that in San Diego there was an opening to a drug tunnel which is rather sophisticated and lengthy.

I say what a WONderful opportunity for enterprising notaries to purchase and utilize for signings during traffic hour. You could go around and gather up a bunch of mopeds at pawnshops to ride through the tunnels.

Charge a like a toll road...make a few bucks to invest and dig one in LA.

I am so tired I cannot sketch out a good bus plan right now, but maybe tomorrow we can come up with some really good ways to capitalize on this tunnel theory.

I like the moped part. Could have streaming florescent quill pens off our antennas for visability. Not sure I would want to be underground in LA though
