OT slow news day - mooning is leagal in MD

One of the topics on a talk show was the ruling by the courts that mooning is not indecent exposure. Judge said if he ruled otherwise, half the women wearing thong bathing suits in Ocean City (MD's tourist/vacation spot) would be arrested.

MY father said you could see anything in Ocean City and the years have proved him correct. I still like it though. Have only been to the track for the past few years, however.
