I have notaried a pre-nup in Florida - married a couple but first had to notarize a pre-nup.

Just treat it the same as you would any other document you are asked to notarize.

Sometimes we get so caught up in loan signings that we forget how to handle regular notarizations.

just wondering if it is normally drawn up by an attorney and already has notarial wording on it. I've never seen one. Got a call today to do one tomorrow

I don't recall if the one I did was drawn up by an attorney or not, but I do recall attaching a loose ACK to it as it did NOT have notarial wording. The loose ACK was attached after I explained to the client a Jurat and and Acknowledgement and let him tell me which one to use. You can not decide.
