Resume

I have been asked for a resume from a SS. Can anyone provide me with a sample of what I should include? I am not sure if I include only Notary qualifications, or my other skills related to my regular job. Thanks for your help.

It's hard to put these things together. I'll bet you that mine and Charm's are totally different but hopefully you'll get good ideas for yours.
