Hello My name is Stephen and I am new to the Loan Signing Biz....

Does anyone have experience with Reverse Mortgage Signings?

Is there anything that I should anticipate?

Have you done any refinance and or equity loans yet? You may want to do a search on these boards to get some information on reverse mtgs. Also, someone posted some training material a while back, but it might have been on yahoogroups.com

What I meant was she has a good bit on reverse mortgages. I think there is even a study guide. Ask her.
