Speaking of cases and liable...

anyone else get a BS cease and desist letter? ROFLMAO!!!!

"Our client advises you have posted on this very public forum various statements and remarks regarding him that impugn his personal and professional reutation.

Please be advised that although you are entitled to your opinion, the United States Constitution's First Amendment right to free speach is by no means limitless, and it contains many nuances and exceptions. Your comments on this very public forum regarding our client and his business practices, may expose you to liability for damages to the personal and professional reputation of our client, including damages for slander and tortious interference"

If I recall correctly, didn't the client's remarks and actions impugn his personal & professional reputation more so than any comment(s) made by others on this board?

Thanks for the laugh BS. IMO, you are still a TOOL!

Re: Speaking of cases and liable...aaaah Becca...

Girlfriend, you are 'somethin' as my Mom says. Adding fuel to that fire is amusing - the whole thing is so incredibly, amazingly ridiculous. Still, (also as Mom says) no need to 'dance on the grave'.

You didn't have anything to do with the end result - that demise was their own by ignoring the basic principles of this venue; and I'll bet, others.

Free speech is still very much tolerated in this good ole United States of America regardless of 'nuances and variations' (ahem). Nuances and variations, my hinny. This board is opinion only, no more, no less and on a free and open internet. An anon is equally guaranteed theirs, I'll also claim mine, and yours and any one else's, thank-you-very-much.

Hush Becca!
