This takes the cake/update difficult borrower.....

I had the appt. set for this evening and the borrower called and said he couldn't do it tonight. So I rescheduled him til tommorrow. I just got a call from the SS and they reassigned the signing to someone else because he now decided he wanted to sign tonight. What is up with that I had him scheduled for tonight and then he cancels and now I am the one that loses money over it?

This just seems wrong to me.

Hey you should be glad. This BR is just yanking the Mortgage company's and everyone else involved chain. He is toying with everyone because he think's he has some power. He would have been nothing other than a PITA to you. He did you a favor! I'm sure you will get more calls with bigger and better signings soon.

I know it just really made me angry that he put it down to being my fault. It makes me look bad. ARGHHHH I am trying to build my rep.. I guess I should have stayed away when they called me to do his signing again. Oh well Chalk it up to experience.

Was this the same guy from Carl' s Jr. ? (I think that was your post from earlier...) If it was, I agree, you're much better off w/o that closing!
