Title and Escrow Service aka TESCO

Warning - This company is a non payer and I heard they are going to file bankruptcy. They owe many signers for workesd completed. I am one of them I did 3 signings for them 2 in October and 1 in December that I wasnt paid for. I have invoiced several times, called and left messages but no response. I did get in contact with an employee and was told that they are behind on paytrol as well and it dont look good for anyone to get paid.

What recourse do I have I called the local court and they said since its only $700 Im owed that it would have to be filed in small claims but if they are over 400,000 in debt I may never get anything from it.

any advice will be appreciated

You'll probably have to chalk this one up to bad debt. I don't see how you can get anything out of them if they will be declaring bankruptcy. How much time, effort and money are you willing to invest in collecting your fees? I hope it wasn't too much.

Why would you work for them in December when you weren't paid for October?
