To sign an Agreement Contract or not...

Although I love my work as a CNSA, I have found that signing the agreement contracts are really a waste of time.

So far, every company I've signed an agrement contract for SS...they have screwed me over. So now...when I accept work from a SS and they ask me to sign the agreement contract I refuse and I tell them why. Many understand while others don't bother to call me any more. However, I do have a choice. I don't think it is mandatory to sign those contracts in order to work for a SS or as a CNSA....or is it?

Anyone else has a thought, suggestion or "advise" on this.

I consistely ask companies to return to me a *fully exectured* signed copy of the Agreement/Contract. Not one company has every complied with my request, although there is a signature block for them on the Agreement/Contract as well as a signature block for SA. Therefore, unless and until they sign the contact *first* before I am expected/required to sign, I ignore the request.
