My Mom's Sister, knows this guy who dated this girl, who had a babysitter, that met this guy at a bar, who gave her this notary card, and he said he made $150,000 last year, closing just 1 loan a week, without marketing, without studying the law, without doing research, without a laser printer, part time, in his pajamas while sucking on a slurpee......so, I know its for real. Btw, whats a EDoc? is he the missing dwarf? Can I use a barbie pen to sign?

The NNA sent me info that said...
20. ...if I become a signing agent through their certification process I can use their LIVE toll-free hotline for support as much as I want (they just didn't tell you that the info might not be correct)

(and I should remember to get one of their new "stamp" pens to underline the important stuff - it's got a stamp on the top of it, I just wonder if they give the Barbie design option???hmmm)

16. ...and that I will make $100,000+, earning $50+ per assignment (since I'm new they recommend I start at that fee)

VR (the self proclaimed marketing guru) from 50statenotary says once that I should name my company with either a 1 or A because when people use the internet the search engine pulls up companies in alpha numeric order (YES, I heard her say this in one of her "training" talks at last years conference - this isn't a joke)

14. The NNA said that notarys will become the new "prestigious" career, making us even MORE respected (they just didn't say who would respect us more...but that's okay, I know they wouldn't lie, they want to "help" me)

My Dad's brother, knows this lady from somewhere around the intersection of 69th & Penn, who met this lady while she was visiting the local authorities one weekend said her daughter said she would start teaching me the trade since she's been doing it for about a month (since her mom will be gone for awhile this time) and then I'll know more when I take the NNA test to be certified (oh my gawd, she said that some people don't know what a venue is....dah, all I gotta say is three words...Bon Jovi. Slippery When Wet, and front row. If you don't know what a venue is after that, you really should NOT take that test) I'm so glad my my Dad was the one his brother used his one phone call or I might never have met Kiki.

12. The NNA said that they will make sure I don't forget to keep my membership renewed by sending me invoices every month since some notarys get too busy they don't remember..."that is just the nicest thing, they really care about you, ya know?"

11. Man, am I glad I met Kiki...she said next week she's going to teach me to multi-task with a secondary career, I can't wait cuz she's taught me SOOOOOOO much. Did you know that there are message boards on the internet that you can go to and ask other "notary publics" all kinds of questions, like
..."what companies are the best to work with?"
..."I need to know what title companies are the best to work with, please email me your lists to my email....... princess@_I_shouldn't_have_to_find_my_own_work.com
...and "I want to do a ride-along to learn better, who will take me with them???"(... Oh, my only requirement, you have to have car doors that have handles & open from the inside, besides I think it would be a funner road trip if I wasn't always in the back seat.)

Dear NNA,

This calculation should be read at the beginning of your notary classes:

$100,000 per year divided by $50 per assignment equals 2000 loan signings per year, or
38.4 per week (no vacations) or 5.4 per day (7 day work week, no vacations) or 8 per day (5 day work week, 2 weeks vacation for the year) Average time per loan assignment including drive time, 2hrs. Add to this marketing time, accounting time, billing time, etc.........
