I received a call from this SS in Florida this morning asking if I'd complete a vendor package. Their requirements for call and fax-backs look nearly identical to those for Accurate Sign Ups in Florida, a company that has been a collection nightmare for many of us. Does anyone know if this is Accurate with a new name?

Accurate is out of Jacksonville and Top Signing is out of Pembroke Pines.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

They are in South America, the Miami address they provide is only a PO box. If they call you for a signing, ask them to give you references of notaries they have worked with and who their clients are. You will see that they give you the run around. They dont have any clients to give to you that they have been working with as they probably don't have any! Their website has typos everywhere and the few people that are there can hardly speak English and are hard to understand. It's hard enough dealing with getting paid by companies that are in the US, imagine trying to collect from a company in S. America where there are NO LAWS to protect you! Too many weird concerns about them....I would stay far away from them. The reason they are calling notaries and telling them whatever they have to is to create a database of notary to rip off!! Sounds like a scam to me...too risky for my taste!!
