Trust Notary Services

Has anyone ever worked for Trust Notary Services in Atlanta, GA? If so, how long did it take to get paid? I did a siging on 11/14. The borrower made some changes and I had to go back out 11/16. Still no payment for my services. What is the our recourse when a company doesn't pay? What is a reasonable amount of time to expect payment? Thanks

of them that got a rubber check, and so many people also got rubber check, mine
was resend and it went thru fine.

Hello,

I am currently having problems with Trust Notary. They wrote me two checks that bounced and they have not had the funds for months . I have been in email contact with the owner Jim Nance who states his secretary embezzled money. Each email states he will take care of the matter, but I have not received a check as of today.

His email is [e-mail address] Good luck... I'm a little concerned due to the past posts I have read on this site.
