Try a little honesty and respect. Rather long vent

I am trying to be genteel about this, but what happened to honesty and respect? If you as a SS/TC know that a packet has a bunch of side issues, such as split packages, fax backs, innumberable calls, why not say that up front? Unlike wine bad news does not grow better with age. I am sure you as a company base your fee on what you know at hand. I too base my fee on what I know on hand, the problem is either by omission or comission you neglect almost always to give me the straight truth. Then once the packet is emailed I learn of all the little nuances that almost always seem to come, and my opinon of you slides further and further down. I of course finish the job, because the customer should not have to pay for a lack of good ethics.
While I am at it, let me list a few other things that grate on me:

1. My spouse will be glad to witness, but their time does not come free.
2. A 3:30 PM signing is not going to make it to UPS/FEDEX/DHL for same day shipping, no matter how close the box is according to your Mapquest.
3. My check always seems to be lost in the mail, I would suggest you use the same address you Fedex the packet to, it seems to work fine.
4. When I ask if you have the docs, if you don't say so. (see paragraph one)
5. Don't try to use my goodwill against me, when 3 hours after you promised docs to me, they finally arrive and I have taken another job. I know we had a deal, but it expired 3 hours ago, when I didn't receive the docs.
I guess through all of this is, all I am asking is a little Golden Rule action. I'll do my best for you, and all I ask is the same from you. Okay, I feel better and I am going to bed. Good Night.

It seems as if you were speaking from my point of view including number one. Good luck, " May the force be with you" :-)

Charles thank you so much for the help. I left it charging and concentrated on getting the printer to work. I think I had newbies for tech support and we'll have to go at it again tomorrow.

I only received two samples of pictures to take, a street view and front view I am hoping that that is actually all they need. I didn't make it to purchasing the printer you suggested, the ss said to email the pictures. It did come with an USB cable, hopefully I can print them out with the printer that I have. Tomorrow I'll be stressed about the taking of pictures and printing them out but I am looking forward to playing with it this weekend, it looks pretty fine!
