United Notaries/Dean Notaries

Has anybody done business with either one of these companies? I heard that they are not on the up & up. I heard they are cheap and that they expect you to do crooked things like back date docs. Any feed back would be appericated.

Do a search of either United Notaries, Dean Notaries or Keith and Allison Dean. Big, big eyefuls.

LilyMD can you explain eyeful? Have you worked for them and received a 1099? I have yet to receive one.

I would take an eyeful to mean do a search and decide for yourself if working for them is something your interested in doing.

Where would I do the search, I have tried the search for their company and it shows just their name and info. Where would I search for Keith and Alison Dean?

This is one of those companies that seems to end up on just about all NO NO lists. I did some closings for them in Feb/March 2004. The first 2 closings they paid fair and promptly. The remaining three required all kinds of hassle. I finally got the last payment owed to me in July. Does this sound like a company to work with?

No!!! I was just curious about this company, based on their committment of not turning down anyone. Thx for the feedback. They are based locally in the Denver, Co. area for Dean Notaries and from what I understand United Notaries is their National Company.

the orange search button is how you search. just type in united notaries in the phrase/key word slot and hit search.

LilyMD, THANK YOU so much for you input. I was really thinking about doing signing for them until you replied. They claim to be the largest in the nation. I guess LARGEST doesn't mean BEST. Also thank you for the search info. I didn't know how to do it.
