Updating profile problems

Does anyone know how I can fix my profile? I have emailed NOTROT, faxed NOTROT, put several messages here on the General Discussion and several on the Feedback forum. I have been trying to fix my profile for months, but once I click on update, I get the error message "forum alias already in use". I read the Feedback from others and they are having the same problem. Anyone know another way I can get in touch with the technical people from NOTROT for help in this matter. Thanks.

Good idea, but yes I did that and it still would not take the update. It actually came back with the same error message. I appreciate the suggestion.

Go to the bottom of the page and click the contact link. If you are a Priemer Member a phone number will appear that you can contact NotRot (Harry Shoemaker) with.

I had the same problem with the alias. I had to change my alias to update. Hope you get lucky.

I too had the same problem. I left a lot of messages and emails, I finally faxed Harry stating that I was being prevented from updating my profile. Then Traci deleted my alias, I had to insert a new alias so now I am just John_NCal instead of John_NorCal as I was for sometime. The thing that bothers me is that not once have I seen another John_NorCal on this forum. I did see another poster with the same name as I but that didn't seem to prevent me from changing to John_NCal. Strange glitch that Harry needs to correct.
