I checked out their website. It looks to be limited, but lists a name of a general manager, his e-mail address, a toll free number, regular number and fax number. It should be just fine.

I beleive they are a company that makes cash loans, using vehicles as collateral. This is awitness only signing without notarization of documents. They met my fee without a problem, I had just never heard of them.
