I sent a demand for payment after several faxes and phone calls with no response. Anyway, here is the response I got- first of all, he is no longer working with that particular lender because the lender owes him alot of money, next he tells me that because it was a no sign that I have to go to the lender to collect for my print/ trip fee. I told him that he was the one to call me and not the lender and he whined about how is he supposed to pay me when the lender didn't pay him? Not my problem- there was never an agreement that I wait to be paid only if the lender paid him... that is the breaks when you are running a signing service and burning people all over the place. Now it goes to collections...
