Cant find anything under search......they called me Friday night for a closing on Tuesday....confirmation just faxed to me is $25 less than I bargained for on Friday night and of course nothing was mentioned at that time about all the notarized docs thay need faxed back either. Anyone have any input.... good.... bad or otherwise. They are out of Fort Wayne IN.

I don't have any information on the particular company, but I have to comment on the discrepency you found on your confirmation. This has happened to me a couple of times and each time I have had to have the company resubmit the confirmation showing the correct fee. I won't work without a correct confirmation. And as for the faxbacks, I don't do faxbacks for free. 5 or more pages is going to cost them.

if it's a company new to my services trying to do what I call "notary babysitting" I tell them I charge $25. My regulars don't require this garbage. I have found that if I tell them I charge a fee, they'll either cancel the faxback request or only want a fax of the signed HUD. It's been working quite well.
