I hope it's picking up for you all. I've been working all last and this week. Booked out til Monady with one a day so far, and had to turn down three for various reasons. Keep that phone ringing! Looks like it'll be a better January than December here.
Maybe people are starting to ring up their holiday purchases and groaning.

Not much here in my area of TX..at least not for me. I had to turn down a HELOC so far because I don't have access to a law, lender, or title co. office to do it. A couple other offers were lowball. Glad things are picking up for you Charm.

I started out really slow (like nothing) but now things seem to be really picking up, hopefully I will be make decent money again soon, but most likely things will permanently be slower than the last few years. The good part is I am getting some really good paying jobs.

Finally picking up here- two tomorrow and 3 for early next week so far. Month end, I guess. Hope a few more come along for next week.
