Our business is very specialized. The likelihood than many people in your local area know title companies and/or signing services is very small. I have been involved in these groups for other business ventures. They are usually very good for insurance sales people, real estate agents, etc. and other consumer-oriented businesses.
That much being said, if you get business from sources other than t/c and s/s, it can't hurt.
You'll meet a lot of nice people!!
