slow printing on email files
I have been having difficulty printing some scanned files. It always happens when I am trying to print 6 closings at once and one has been scanned and it takes forever. I think I read previously about this problem but I can't find the thread now. Any help?

I have this happen occasionally too. My equipment usually works very well. Then once in a while I get a package that prints 1 page every 5 minutes. Of course it always seems to be the one where they send the package last minute and I'm sweating. If anyone knows about this, please do tell. Thanks

The tip I found here and what has worked for me is installing and using the PCL5 drivers. This assumes a HP printer.

Try here then just enter your model information.

Thank you so much. I went there and there were two options, a regular driver and a pcl6 driver. I tried to do the pcl6 but it said there was a problem and installed the other driver. Do you think this might help anyway?

thank you sooooo much. I just went back in and tried to print a package that I had a lot of trouble with on Friday. This time we just breezed thru....what a timesaver.
Have a great new year...I hope it is as prosperous as December was.....
