to O/C Notary on printing docs

I had a problem opening and printing docs and it was because the URL I was to use wasn't
blue to click on so I typed it in the address bar and I got the notice that no documents were available. My computer advisor said I needed to right click and copy and then paste as the URAL changes. When he did that it worked like a charm.

My docs were re-sent from another person and the URL came through blue so I did get to print them and do the closing. This might be what happened to you. I felt really dumb, but at least I am smarter now!!!

tips so I can try it? I think you mean that unless the entire address is in the address bar, it is impossible to get to the site, right???? Thanks for trying to help me, I sure dont want to lose another signing because of this.
