24/7 National Notary
good, bad or ugly. They called me to do a closing for Wed. Don't want to waste my time with someone that won't pay. I see slow pay on No No list and can't bring up a search on them.

try searching 24/7 NNN. They had a horrific repuation for awhile, not sure if they've changed their ways since I don't recall seeing anything on here about them in a long time.

I have done a few in the last couple of months, they have paid my fee(on time) and were very pleasant to work with.

Let's hope I have the same luck - he said they pay 30-45 days out.

Thanks Cali - I couldn't get the search to work last night - so I went ahead and accepted. Thought I'd give them a shot.

I have never had a problem with late payment, usually about 30 days. Also very pleasant to deal with.

They pay on time, just not that much. In fact, they used to pay $75 + $25 for e-docs. Now they lowered their fees to $50 + $25.
They call you and really sweet talk you. "Hey John old buddy old pal. How are you, my favorite, the greatest notary closer in the history of the world. Can you do this closing for me for free? Hah, hah. No? How about 50 bucks then?" To which I reply "Can you pay me $60?" Then they say "If I pay you $60 then I / we (24/7 NNN agency) don't make any money on this deal. How about $55?" To which I now reply, "Hey, you know what? I just realized that I'm booked at that time. Sorry."
