Here it is, although I can't figure out why you would want it if you can run 7.08

Ever since installing 7.0 I have had problems with slow printing. I have read were others went back to 6.0 and had fewer problems. If it doesn't work I will uninstall and go back to 7.0. Just wanting to try it to see if it fixes my problems or not.

Bev, this crap happened to me last weekend.
Couldn't print docs, some pages were blank, looked like they were missing.
7.0 had JUST updated prior to the problems occurring.
Before that update, everything was fine.
Finally, I uninstalled 7.0 (which you MUST do) and installed 6.0
Absolutely fixed it!
I was able to open a package I had already received, all pages were present,
and everything printed out quickly.
I think you'll find your problems resolved with that remedy.

It did help. I wasn't having the same problems as you. I was just having extremly slow printing. I would have to print 5 pages at a time. A real pita!
Seems to be working now.

Re: Adobe 6.0 help please

I uninstalled Adobe 7.08 as well. I followed the Adobe link provided, but the program freezes up as soon as I try to go to downloads. I have made 4 attempts to download and each time it boots me from the internet. Can anyone provide me another link for Adobe 6.0. TIA

I have no idea what is wrong with 7.0 but I had the same problem and was told by at TC to only use 6.0.

Re: Adobe 6.0...Brenda/CA

I had to make numerous apologies when this happened.
Goto your remove programs to make sure all of 7.0 has been uninstalled.
Then, reboot the computer.
If that doesn't work, I'll try to find out what link I used.
Let me know here, or via email.

Non-Adobe site to download it from if that is the problem...
I had trouble navigating at their site just now.
Scroll down to that particular version.

Re: Adobe 6.0...MistarellaFL

I was able to download Adobe 6.0.1 Full Version for Widnows. I did a test printing, and it seemed to work without any missing pages, and printed faster. I printed two packags for my signings last night, and 7.0 was printing extremely slow, and kept stopping and starting, and had several blank sheets. Hopefully this will take care of the problems, I am waiting for docs now so that will be the true test. Thank you very much for your help, and for the link. Have a good day.

Caution

The problem here is some clients may not have updated their software. Though 7.0 maybe a bit slow printing 6.0 version, but 6.0 may not be compatable with 7.0 as it's newer.
