Anyone ever done a court proceeding?
There are times I work for an attorney: notarizing her motions and filing them at the local courts. However, this time she wants me to be available during one of the court proceedings. I'm assuming she wants me to take short-hand, which I'm able to do, but I have no basis for a fee, since the last time I actually used this skill was in 1992 and was included in my meager salary at the time. Does anyone have any pricing guidelines? Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
