Auto Loans for IREP...
Has anyone ever done an auto loan for IREP? I have one scheduled for next Tuesday and am not sure of what to expect. When the scheduler called, she said they don't "normally" do auto loans, but they offered a higher fee than what I would have quoted for such an undertaking. Oh well, I'm not complaining. Any feedback is appreciated.

The paperwork will be the same as any car loan...should be about 20-30 pages. There will be one or more identity forms, insurance verification, loan agreement, etc. Make sure the buyers read it over before signing...much small print.

Flamac, does IREP allow that much time in an auto closing? I have not experienced they cared for mortgage closings to last over 21.68 minutes.
What is *your* experience with IREP auto loans?

I have done several for one of the branches here in Jacksonville. The only thing I was asked to do was the ID verification portion. There were about 4 notarizations. The AE had done all the rest. Hope this helps. (This was just my experience and may be handled differently elsewhere.)
