Brother 820 Lower Paper Tray

Does anyone know where I can find instructions for installing the optional second tray? The instructions(?) that came with it are useless.

I had to uninstall and reinstall my printer driver and it took awhile to get it working. But it does work. It does depend on the file your printing though.

I have Cox for my fax number and called them. They ran through the steps with me and it works great. Also Sher of AZ had some trouble she can tell you the steps to do.

Re: Brother 820 Lower Paper Tray

BlueInk has it right. You will have to uninstall and then reinstall your printer. Also, make sure you have the your new (optional 2nd tray) and dedicate that to lettersize tray on top. Your original tray should be dedicated to legal size. You can go to Brother website and instructions are there.
