Change State/County on top of affidavits?

This morning I am doing a closing in a neighboring town. The signing is for investment property in Idaho, borrowers live here in CA. On top of the Survey Affidavit the State/County says Idaho/Bonner. I know I have to change these to my state and county for the notarization but do I leave the location on top of the document as is?

not understanding your question...you already answered the questions regarding your venue, but what do you mean about changing the location on top of the document? "Doc"
