I accepted a signing from this company. They sent me borrower info, docs, notary agreement. No company logo, or address. I told them I need more contact info then phone numbers. I received a scanned copy of a business card with the above information. I called information and thneir is no company with listings by that name. I am still awaiting a confirmation letter. Can anyone tell me how to look-up this company by phone number or fictious business names, the attempts I have made did not yield any results. TIA

The phone numbers all came back with no information. The address came back with a list of various names and numbers which I am currently checking. Thank you for your reply.

What is your meaning of "SOX" here. SOX is the famous Sarbanes Oxley Regulation - Govt. implemented after the ENRON and WORLDCOM scandal - so that there is no tampering the financial data of companies. What are we talking about here - Which SOX?

I tried the second link and it worked. I did a search using their business name they appear to be a new business as of March 2006. I am not sure how you connect one name to the other in a search, but they only show one for number of businesses registered. Thanks for your help.

That was my concern. I did find from a seach that hey are a new business. I talked to the owner and finally did receive a confirmation, so have decided to give them a chance. Thank you everyone for your help. Have a great day.
