Debt Collection Agency

Has anyone had any experience with the debt collection agency that is recommended by the NNA? Like to know what you think of this.

I am giving it a try to get my money from CAZ. Hopefully it will have better results than I have. Donna, the owner is a blatant liar.

Had good luck with these people. Only had to use Mary one time, but I got the money. Send a new invoice, adding 1/3rd for collection costs, then call:
