Did it happened to you

I did a loan for countrywide yesterday, and there was an all-purpose CA akn. Between the papers that dose not go with any of the documents. So I just left it blank.
And let me ask The Affidavit and Indemnity Agreement does the borrowers need to fill it out sign it and then I notarize it, because it was completely blank?

always have a loose one in the packet that doesn't belong. May I ask did you have the opportunity to review the documents prior to signing? If you have questions you should always call the person who hired you. Countrywide offices vary, why not cover your bases if your unsure of anything.

I have done quite a few Countrywide loans, and they always contain and extra loose ack. In my experience with them the only item to be notarized is the DOT. If you have questions or you are not sure what is expected it is always wise to ask the entity that contracted you for the job.
