Did you ever wonder
Ever wonder what the mortgage payment would be on a 10 million dollar loan? I didn't, but I found out this morning. $57,000 per month. Before this the largest loan I had done was 1.7 million.
Apparently investment banking is a lucrative career.

What were the terms?
A 30 year fixed at roughly 5.6% would be 57,400 or such. I'd be happy just to make that much in a year!!

I got a yellow page call for one in Rancho Santa Fe for about the same amount. That's right, the lender overnighted the docs to the borrower with instructions to find a Notary.

Cali, I told you to keep my personal loan confidential
Now even more people are going to want to become signing agents.

Al, Would you consider adoption? I don't care how young or old you are, I'd be happy to call you "Daddy."
