Discount printer cartridge vs Refill kits

I bought a couple cartridges for my printer at Inkjet Superstore, great price, but they are LOUD. I've gotten many more pages out of them than anticipated. It is almost time for a new cartridge. I worked out the math, and the difference in savings between refilling a cartridge or buying from Inkjetsuperstore are negligble.

Do you like the refill kits? I'd need to use them with a genuine Brother cartridrige right? How many times can you keep refilling them? Which method works best for you?

are you using an inkjet printer to print loan documents? i can't imagine. i don't think i can get 250 pages from my ink jet cartridge. you can buy a brother hl2040 laser printer for about $100 brand new. it's very fast for a cheap printer and you can get 2500 pages from the toner, which you can buy at discount for $39.

check them out, larry

Inkjet superstore also carries laser printer cartridges. I have a Brother laserjet MFC 8840-D that I use for loan docs and pretty much everything else. The largest cartridge is supposed to print 6700 pages, but I'm up to 7500 so far with this one cartridge.
