GOOD Experience- “Greenberg Mellinger Notary”-WORTH READING!
Dear Colleagues
Since I constantly read about bad experiences with signing companies, I feel obligated to write about the GREAT EXPERIENCES I’ve had working with “Greenberg Mellinger Notary” of San Francisco, CA.
My name is Michael, I am an Illinois notary who works primarily for the local Title Companies. I avoid working with so-called “signing companies” due to the lack of communication and responsibility on their side.
In May 2006, I received a call from Cynthia Greenberg at “Greenberg Mellinger Notary”, offering me an assignment in my service area. She was very nice and professional on the phone, and even negotiating with her was a pleasure. I heard a genuine smile on the other end of the phone, AND she was very knowledgeable. I have since learned that she is a notary and has completed over 8,000 signings. She is familiar with all documents within a signing package. Plus, the fee offered was very attractive. Therefore, I broke my rule about not signing for signing companies and accepted the assignment.
What happened next was different from other signing companies. Cynthia initialed a three- way conference between her, borrower, and me in order to confirm all the details. Not like other companies that lose interest as soon as they contract you. This was the FIRST TIME I went to do the job being properly introduced to the borrower as a nice guy, and with ironclad appointment time and place.
Secondly, I was pleased with a very clear document delivery system. Working with “Greenberg Mellinger” you don’t have to ask yourself if you’ve received all the documents. Cynthia itemized each email i.e., 1 of 5, 2 of 5 … 5 of 5. After I received the 5th email I knew that I had all of the documents.
Finally, for the first time when I received my payment as originally agreed – within 30 days of signing. I have done two more signings for “Greenberg Mellinger” with the same great results.
I wish all people in this business were this honest, organized, and professional as Greenberg Mellinger Notary.

I just checked my profile, and yes, AK appeared as my state! Probably, I've never bothered to input IL as my state, so NotaryRotary gave me a default state, which happened to be AK.
