I have my first H & R Block signing tomorrow night. I hear the loan officer calls and goes over all the paperwork to the mortgage. Are these generally smaller packages?

I've had two of those and they do seem to be smaller. I remember both of them not taking very long due to the loan officer on the phone asking at the beginning if they had any questions. Good luck.
