not really.... that's why I am still counting each day.

I wish they would invent the "safe" cigarette!!

I keep smoking in my sleep. I can't make it stop.... it's all I think about.

Last night I had a very strange dream that I was a vampire... then I thought, cigarettes can't hurt vampires right? So I tore off my patch and lit up a smoke.... lol

I think it's safe to say that while making my lungs and body healthier, I am losing my mind.
