Having problems with Eleventh hour signing, won't pay

Has anybody experience lately problems with them? I had to call Michelle for a 5/16/06 invoice.
First she didn't have time to do the research, them another call she said she will call back. Finally, last Tuesday said she was mailing the check. We are in California, doesn't take but 2 days to get the mail. I called Friday she gave attitude about mail service.
So any advise?
I only want my check, for my services!!!!

They always paid me on time. When you get your check in the mail, check the postmark date on the envelope. Sometimes it is really the post office. That happened to me with another company. When I checked the envelope it was postmarked 14 days before I received the mail, so I knew that the company was not lying.

There are still companies out there with the old fashioned postage meters that you can adjust to any date. I know several people that do their taxes late, and use one of those meters to postmark them.

Saturday July 15th, I received a letter that was postmarked by the post office on July 6th in Sacramento (I live in Victorville, about 400 miles or so south). It happens all the time.

Yes, I emailed the invoice twice. To Michelle and to Paige. I'm really hoping it is a mail problem, I'm new in the SS, and I will hate no to take any more assigments from them

What??? she didn't have time? Well... tell her that you give her 2 days to send you your check, after that file a complain with BBB.com. Work for me.
