Help with my Brother5150DLT

I can't get my Brother to print. It will print 2-sided, but that's it. There is no paper jam. The paper light keeps blinking, and the "Status" in on orange, then it goes orange, yellow, green (blinking). I had to have my good notary friend print off my docs tonite for a closing I have tomorrow. I NEED help. Can anyone help me@@#@?!!!

Is it possible that you need to have the toner cartridge replaced? The same thing happened to me a few months ago and when I replaced the toner cartridge it just took off printing like it was supposed to. Just a thought. Otherwise I have had no problem printing with mine.

No, that can't be it. It's not that old, and besides, when it prints 2 sided, it prints fine. I have NO idea, it's driving me crazy!!

Does Brother have a support line ? Also do they have a web page so I can download printer drivers too ?

You need to go into your printer preferences and uncheck the box labeled duplex printing. Its set to duplex right now. It would not hurt to go through all the preferences to get familiar with it. If you don't have a manual you can print it off of the brother website.
