I know that it is a general stament

but it's sure nice to receive a check with this note: " Dear Notary, Enclosed please find payment for notary service performed.......Thank you for your diligence and professionalism."

It's nice to receive this after receiving other blanket emails focusing on the opposite, or reciving calls in which they mention " oh, you sound good but, we are looking for a better fee."

Good for you Jenny it does feel good. A couple of weeks ago I recieved praise also from the ss then from the lo from the same loan. To my great surprize a couple of days later I recieved flowers from the borrowers.( went out of my way a little for them) This I am sure will never happen again but what a great feeling when we get feed back as to a job well done.
