I checked out my local county and the links are NOT the official sites as advertised but private sites. For example, all land records are public records and available online from the true county web site, but using the links provided, one must pay for the search and the resulting records.

I don't think our county would have a registrant in Istanbul, Turkey. From WhoIs:
