Is it common for NASCO (Nationwide Appraisal) ...
a confirmation to you?
Because someone else was taking the low fees I was not getting any of them for the longest time.
Got one Monday morning and still no confirmation even though it's at 9 am tomorrow.
Comments?

It is SOP to get a confirmation from NASCO. However, like with any company, sometimes there will be a technical glitch.
If you have registered a user i.d. and p/w with NASCO, you can go to
http://gators.nascopgh.com/index.asp and see the list of your work in progress, the agreed upon fee and even get a pdf copy of the confirmation.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Rick. I appreciate that you could "read my mind" as my original post did not have a complete sentence in it.

Not so difficult to figure out your intent.
Did you log in to their web site? If they sent you the loan docs, I don't think you need to worry about getting paid for the job. Just request a duplicate confirmation for your records, even after the closing.

Long ago they told me they would send me a password. They never did. I followed up and never got it. I just went back through my archives to follow up. Nope...did not find it.
Thanks though. I will peruse the website for more info. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Re: Nasco Update...
Thanks all...got a call from the bwr at 7:30 am this morning. The appointment is at 4 pm, not at 9 am as I had on my calendar.
However, he forgot to tell anyone he was married and the spouse might not be able to attend today. Hmmm...
